About PixelAdmin
The Pixel Admin application is designed to manage the data stored in the Pixel Core, including regulating access to the partition, administration of applications and users accessing it. In addition, the application has a notification system that allows you to track data changes and exchange short messages.
The application is intended primarily for Pixel Core administrators, as it provides full access to data in accordance with how they are stored in the system, and allows you to fix problems and monitor the operation of individual components (applications, drivers, etc.). The application also provides the ability to work with user credentials and manage access rights.
The Pixel Admin application is designed to work through the browser and is adapted for both large-format screens and mobile devices.
The data stored in Pixel Core is divided into the following categories:
- Accounts are structured descriptions of applications and users working with the party.
- Profiles are structured descriptions of user data related to the work of these users in applications that have access to Pixel Core, and stored inside the party. The Pixel Admin profile stores information about the user settings of the interface and the notifier.
- Data schemas are descriptions of the data that will be worked with. They are divided into device data schemas (drivers) and application data schemas (schemas). There is also a special data schema of the media server: the objects created on its basis are designed to work with files. Data schemas do not store specific field values, but only describe their structure, interpretation and validation rules.
- Objects are instances of data schemas, that is, sets of specific values associated with certain data schemas and updated by devices or applications as certain events occur. Depending on the type of data schema, objects are divided into:
- Devices — objects created on the basis of driver data schemas and storing data from real or virtual devices.
- Media objects created based on the media server data schema and storing information about various media files that Pixel Core should work with and applications that have access to it.
- Datasets are objects created based on application data schemas.
- Applications are objects created for managing applications.
- Groups — in Pixel Core, groups of accounts are implemented, with respect to which access rights are regulated.
